Hello

I am a student and I recently ordered a KPN internet subscription with the option to cancel it monthly. I received an email that said that my request was rejected. The reason given was, “The data we have received from you does not meet our requirements for requesting a subscription.”

The only data that was asked was the name, dob, address, phone number and bank account. Can anybody tell me what exactly went wrong with my subscription request?

Hi @ekiwaka I tried to have a look, but I wasn't able to find you rejected order. In the e-mail you'll find a phone number. If you'll dial it you get to speak to a colleague responsible for the acceptance of new custumers: he or she should be able to tell you more.
