How do I order internet & TV from abroad in English?

From outside the Netherlands is not possible. And also not in English. 

When you are in the Netherlands you can call free of charge 0800-0402 but only from a dutch telephone number. With the person on the other side you can order in English. 

Ordering via the site is only in Dutch. And only possible from a Dutch IP.

For a subscription for internet at home is a Dutch adress required.
