Patch for CVE-2012-5958 buffer overflow - Experia 10

Hi,

My ZTE or Xperia device needs a firmware update, a patch for the well known vulnerability ID:
CVE-2012-5958

Please advise!

I assume you received this message/warning from your Avast Security.

Firmware updates for the Experia Box are performed automatically by KPN when necessary.
However, there is no update (necessary) for this issue, as it is a "false positive" from Avast.

There KPN security and modem development confirm that the Experia is not vulnerable.
