Poor network

Dear Team,

 

I have taken KPN subscription only for Internet but it is working worst, in this situation due to bad quality of network not able to work smoothly from home.
I called KPN customer service 5 to 6 times and they only asked to do Wifi manager which does not solved my issue at all.
Please help me to solve this issue as I am helpless.

Hi @PankajNalawade and welcome to the forum! If I understand your post correctly this concerns the WiFi only, or is the cabled connection slow as well? If it's just the WiFi, is it slow on all devices and in every location? Or certain locations and certain devices? Could you also fill out your profile with your postal code, house number and the name and date of birth of the subscriber? Then I'll be able to check the connection and what advice the Wifi Manager has given you.
