Hi, 

I got a KPN subscription recently, but my fiber optic is not working. Fiber optic box shows red in alarm. 
I got a call from KPN network that engineer will be visiting on Thursday (Dec 5), but I haven’t received any confirmation. Is there someone who can confirm?

Welcome to the communuty ​@Abhishek Sehgal. The red light indicates something is not right yet, an engineer sounds like the best step. I hope you got conformation already, since we've only just seen your topic

If it is an engineer from KPN network (or a contractor), they will be able to tell you more. We can't see their appoitments. You can contact them here: netwerk.kpn.com.
