Hi,

I hope someone can help me in English language.

I have an Experia Box v10A and everytime I try to open Chromecast it says “no connection” and it invites me all the times to unplug the battery charge of both Chromecast and Experia for one minute.

Does it depend on MAC filters? How can I fix this issue?

Thanks

Marco

Hi @Mark1982, welcome to our forum! It should not be necessary to change any settings on your Experiabox to install a chromecast!
If you have set any MAC filters you might have to change those or reset your Experiabox to factory defaults using the reset button on the rear.
