Request to cancel contract due to lack of a fiber connection

Dear KPN Customer Service,

I am writing to formally request the cancellation of my contract due to the unavailability of a fiber connection at my address.

I placed my order on March 10th and received the device on March 12th. However, upon installation, I found that the internet was not working, and I immediately raised a ticket. On March 14th, your installation team visited my home and confirmed that there is no fiber cable inside the connection box.

As I urgently need an internet connection to resume my work, I cannot wait for this issue to be resolved. Given that the required infrastructure is not available, I request an immediate termination of my contract without any penalties.

Please confirm the cancellation at your earliest convenience so I can proceed with finding an alternative provider.

Je kunt op deze manier niet opzeggen. Je kunt wel binnen veertien dagen via de klantenservice opzeggen. Je kunt dan het beste kiezen voor rechtstreeks contact met de klantenservice. Plan hiervoor makkelijk zelf een terugbelafspraak. Dan bellen ze jou per direct of op een moment dat het jou uitkomt. Facebook en X zijn alternatieven.
