Our KPN modem service light is orange since this morning, and the wifi stopped working.

  • We tried turning it on and off, pressed reset button, the wifi still doesn’t work and the orange light is still on.
  • We tried to call the service line, it is in Dutch and we don’t speak Dutch that well so we can’t get to English service.
  • We are not the owner of the apartment so we don’t have access to the KPN account linked to the modem so we can’t use the online tool to see where the problem is (We contacted our landlord and he is not replying).

Any help will be appreciated!

Our modem is ZTE Experia box v10.

That's a tough situation you're in. Is the situation still the same? I first would recommend you to call again with the free number 0800 0402. Most of our colleagues should also be able to help you in English. Will you let us know what came out of this?
