The internet installed on my haouse 3 weeks before and kpn is unable to activate it , they sent couple of engineers but no use , really frustrating

And do you maybe know why there still isn't a connection? Is it mentioned why there is a delay?

Unfortunately the order and ticket related to it, don't tell me when the problem is solved. I added a request in the ticket to give an update about the problem and when they expect it to be solved.
