Still no internet, KPN installed everything 3 weeks a go

I understand it's very frustrating if the connection still isn't working. Could you please leave your information on your profile, so you I can check the subscription?
And do you maybe know why there still isn't a connection? Is it mentioned why there is a delay? 

Thanks , I have updated the details , I got a temporary internet for time being , since kpn is unable to find out the issue

Unfortunately the order and ticket related to it, don't tell me when the problem is solved. I added a request in the ticket to give an update about the problem and when they expect it to be solved.
