Suddenly no internet nor tv. Has maybe to do with cancellation request

This afternoon around 14:30 my internet was sudden gone. I try everything. Reboot the router several times. Checked  the cable box( the KPN glasvezel kastje), the ethernet light is off. Try to reboot it several time still no light on ethernet.

I tried to use the help in the app but it can't schedule mechanic either.

This is frustrating as I have important work and online meeting in the following days.

P.s. I suspect it might be dumb mistake as I requested for cancelation but on 28 November which is next month. However kpn themselves didnt email nor call me back in regarding that neither after 5 days of request via online form.

Welcome to the community ​@Pi0001as even though it's for a sad reason. I'm sorry to hear your connection is completely down at the moment ☹️

It's possible there has been a mix up in the requested date for cancellation, but it's also very possible that it is a coincidence that has nothing to do with your request. 

I suggest you contact our customer service to check if your cancellation order has been successfully placed, and per which date.  You can contact us via FacebookandX,  but it's also possible to schedule a phone call, where we will call u back at the time of your preference.  You can request the phone call via our  digitale assistent(scroll to the bottom of the page).  

Will you give me an update when you've spoken with one of my colleagues? Let's hope it is something that can be fixed very quick!

How are things now ​@Pi0001as? Are you back online? Or is there at least some clarity about the cause of this problem?
