I bought 4gb internet connection. I tried to install fiber box but it’s showing red alarm. I tried myself by following community documentation but it didn’t work. I also scheduled a technician but didn’t get any confirmation from KPN and even the technician didn’t show up. I tried to schedule technician again but it’s asking 85 euro. I need support from KPN asap as my new connection didn’t start yet. Please tell me how I can get support.

Call KPN customer service 0800-0402 (mo to fr 8AM - 6PM, sa 8AM - 5PM) and say to the computer you want to speak to an employee.

Ask for an installation technician, that is free of charge.


Thanks all for your valuable feedback. I talked with customer care and they informed me that one of their associated company will contact me to schedule a technician appointment. I didn’t get any phone call or email from that associate company yet. I am still waiting as I choose switching services from KPN
