I am sorry to write in English but I arrived to the Netherlands a couple months ago and I can't speak dutch yet. I was waiting for the technitian to install internet, it was supposed to be here from 10h to 12h but never came, after 2 weeks waiting. It is importante because my boyfriend works online from home. Because I cannot speak dutch I don't understand what is said on the telephone number for customers and cannot solve this.
