The fiber optic cable to my house is yet again broken

Last year, the cable coming to my house was broken due to a digging on my street. It was fixed by adding “a fixing box” to connect the broken ends. 

Unfortunately we have yet another maintenance on the street, electricity this time, and the cable is yet again broken. (Essentially one end of the cable came out of the “fixing box”. I know, this is supposed to be fixed by KPN Netwerk. If I open a case with KPN, they are going to send their own maintenance crew, who will only tell me that the cable is broken and it needs fixing by KPN Netwerk. 

Is there a faster way to fix this issue? Attaching the picture of the box I mentioned above.
