The fiber optic cable to my house is yet again broken

Last year, the cable coming to my house was broken due to a digging on my street. It was fixed by adding “a fixing box” to connect the broken ends. 

Unfortunately we have yet another maintenance on the street, electricity this time, and the cable is yet again broken. (Essentially one end of the cable came out of the “fixing box”. I know, this is supposed to be fixed by KPN Netwerk. If I open a case with KPN, they are going to send their own maintenance crew, who will only tell me that the cable is broken and it needs fixing by KPN Netwerk. 

Is there a faster way to fix this issue? Attaching the picture of the box I mentioned above.

Hi,

I can’ t see if it is in the front garden, or on the main street.

If it is in the front garden, a technician from KPN can fix it himself or send the right technician to fix it for you.
If it is in the main street unfortunately a technician from KPN Network has to come out to fix it.

Just contact our direct customer service, they will get it sorted! You can contact us via Facebook and X, but it's also possible to schedule a phone call, where we will call u back at the time of your preference.  You can request the phone call via our digitale assistent (scroll to the bottom of the page).

    It is at the beginning of the street like 100-150 meters away from our front yard.
