Two days left before my subscription starts, but there is no fibercable or KPN equipment

Hi, I started a home internet subscription which is supposed to be active as of 12.12.2025. So far I haven't received the box/modem, went to store and called the customer service and they told me KPN network soon will call me to make an appointment to visit my apartment, once they finish KPN will ship the modem but there is only 2 days left and I need the internet as soon as possible. Still nobody called me from KPN Network and I don't know how long is it going to take all this process. I really need the connection as soon as possible. Could you please help me with that?

It looks like we won't be able to make the 12th of December, seeing as that is today and you still need a technician from KPN Netwerk to install the fiber wall box. If you're still awaiting a phone call from them, you may also try calling them yourself to see if they can help you. You can reach them at 088 006 37 44. Hopefully you'll soon be connected.
