Unable to connect with wifi

I am unable to connect to WiFi. None of the devices.  And WiFi name is not showing.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your Wi-Fi connection. There is not a lot of information to go on, but here are two simple steps you can try to fix the issue:

  1. Reset the modem: Perform a factory reset of your modem. Keep in mind this will erase any custom settings, so you may need to set it up again. 

  2. Check your Wi-Fi settings: Log in to your modem and ensure Wi-Fi is enabled. You can also check what the SSID and password is of your modem and try to connect with it.
