Unable to request a refund for long outage

Hi,

 

I had an internet outage for 3 days due to an issue on KPN’s side. Unfortunately, when I go to the page for requesting a reimbursement, it says the outage hasn’t been solved yet.

 

The outage was definitely solved, so this seems to be an error.

Hi ​@AndreiC, welcome to the community. When the outage is solved, you wouldn't expect it to say it's still there. Does that page work now, have you been able to request the reimbursment?
