hello, I put kpn few days ago and there s something wrong with the signal.
Signal is quite good but drop unexpectedly and I have to re connect my devices every time.
It s very unstable, I work from home and I need something stable.
I just reset the box, I didn t restored it yet.
I m using only the 2.4 but seems is not working.
I red is better to change box and move to V10...
I will call kpn but in the meantime I want know if there a solution... maybe restore to factory default or do something else.
thanks
Fede

Hi Federica, welcome on our board.
Would you please fill in your profile with your address so that I can check your connection? When working from home, are you using a VPN? Does this only happen when using the VPN? Also, what devices do you have?

The signal itself seems to be good, and the V10A shouldn't be the issue with this problem. I say this from experience, using one myself at home. Would it be ok for me to reset the router from here?
I would also like to send an engineer to check the connection and the connection point, if this doesn't work. The only problem is the first free one I got is on the 10th this month, in a week. So I hope the reset helps. at least temporary.
