Wegvallende wifi

I have the same problem that’s been thoroughly discussed here:
Experia Box V10A
Firmware v5.00.20 build190

Since day one the WiFi cuts out throughout the day on all devices even when they are right next to the router. it seems like this issue has been known about for a long time now, yet KPN is still sending out these routers to new customers?

If I understand your issue/problem correctly, the connected devices disconnect from the wifi while the wifi is still visable in the list of available networks? This was (and still is) indeed a known issue of the V10A experiabox. This problem can be solved by doing a hard reset. Did you already perform such a reset? Here we explain you how to do this.  

 

Please let me know whether the reset solved your issue or not.
