What do I need to do to go from Ziggo to KPN?

Hi @Aviv, welcome! There is probably also a KPN connection in the house. You can go to the order page of our website. There you enter your address and if we can get signal to your house, you can proceed with ordering. 

If you currently have a subscription with Ziggo, be sure to select you want to use ‘overstapservice’ when ordering. This will ensure that your Ziggo contract will stop at the same time our signal goes live.
