Dear Sirs;

I bought on 08/05/2024 an internet package with KPN with the expected activation date on 22/05/2024 and on 23/05/2024, I still did not get any email to activate my internet.

Should i cancel and go to Odido since previous provider was Odido?

That's a legit question when the expected date of activation is 22/23 of May. The best thing you can do is call our customer service on the (free) number 0800 0402. They should be able to tell you more about what to expect. Will you let us know what the outcome was?
