When will my internet become active?

If your contract is only set for the 26th, it will become active from this date; not before.

You’ll receive the router a few days before the set date, but your connection must be made outside by a technician. Because of this it will take a while. I don’t expect it’s possible to activate it earlier, otherwise you would have had that option when you signed your contract.

What ​@Maikel Drost and ​@RBxx said is correct. In most cases the modem is delivered a few days earlier, but the connection itself only becomes active on the activation date of your subscription. So if the 26th is the agreed start date, the internet connection will normally start working from that moment.

Until then it is completely normal that the modem does not yet get an internet connection. You should also receive a message from us once the line has been activated.
