When will the internet outage in Amstelveen be fixed?

Dear KPN team

in the area 1181 ZV, we have no internet connaction for a week already, start from last Friday, was saying there is an outage and it has been fixed last Sunday, but untill now we have no internet, all my neighbours have no internet, my modem has a blinking green light under WIFI for a week already.

is it something already known by KPN? when this isuee will be fixed?

We hebben dit op de volgende postcode voor je gecheckt: 1871 ZV.
