Goede middag,

our wifi router is off and we cannot get it back on. We have tried changing the socket, checked the connection cables, etc.

what can be the reason for the device to not turn back on? (the wifi router is quite new, ~7 months old)

Hi @AikoU, welcome! Do you mean that the Experia Box isn't working? Which Experia Box do you have? Is the problem solved already? If there is anything we can do for you, please update your forum profile with your adress and customer number.
