Wifi hasn't worked for 2 weeks, with a Box 12

Hi, 

I haven't had wifi at home for the past 2 weeks. I have been trying to restart, reset, any info that I gathered to fix the wifi according to KPN app instruction, I have tried it all but it doesn't seem to work. I have the modem box 12, all the green lights are blinking except for the wifi. 

Also, all the green lights will go off every now and then as well. Right now my phone data is running low due to i have only been using my phone data at home. 

Can someone please help me on this?

Hi ​@Teh, welcome to our community. 

What you can try first is holding down the Wi-Fi button to see if the Wi-Fi light turns on. Doesn’t that work? Then use our online tools for internet. If that doesn’t work either, please contact us. The easiest way is to schedule a callback (bottom right) at a time that suits you. A colleague will then contact you to see what’s going on.
