Wifi issues

Dear Kpn team,

Sorry for writing in English. I have these days a lot of issues with my internet at home. My WIFI is being disconnected almost everyday and sometimes the Mesh WIFI's couldn’t reconnect again. The speed is very bad in these periods of time. I tried to solve the problem through app diagnosing but it connect for a short time. In my online experience also I have a lot of latency.

Please help me with this.
