WiFi problems with my laptop and Nintendo switch

hello 

Experia Box v10A has some problem

my phones can use WiFi but my Nintendo Switch and my laptop can not connect to the WiFi it said some issues about DNS did not reply .even though I had switch to auto collect DNS address

Hi @Keane and welcome to our forum! Strange that the Nintendo Switch and your laptop cannot connect to the WiFi. 😕 Do you get the DNS error message on your Nintendo Switch? If so, I've found some steps on the Nintendo Website that should solve this. If you click ‘Wireless’ on that page, you'll see all the steps. Have you tried all of these? 

What error message do you get on the laptop when connecting to the WiFi?
