Hi.

I had bad wifi on the second floor, so I bought another wifi router from KPN.

Now when I turn on the new one, my first one turns off immediately and doesn’t turn on until I switch off the new one.

I tried both to manually hold the WiFi button on the back of the device and turn it on through Admin UI using it’s IP address. Both options fail.

 

KPN Thuis App shows both routers, but says the new one is `Primair` with no option to switch it.

How do I keep both routers ON or at least switch between them without turning one off manually completely?

Hi @Tagir and welcome to our forum! What WiFi routers are you using currently? You say the WiFi turns off in the first router, which one is this? Or do you mean the Experia Box V10? If that's the case, the WiFi will always turn off when you connect either an Experia WiFi or a SuperWifi point to the V10. They take over the V10's WiFi signal, this cannot be changed. 

If it does concern two WiFi routers separate from the V10, I'd like to know if you’re using the Experia Wifi (black and square) or the SuperWifi (white and round) and how these are connected.
