“Your broadband physical link is down” error message

Hey everyone,

So i have been getting this error msg for 2 days now, as well as the “please check your dsl, ethernet or 3/4g uplink connection status. I tried restarting my experia v10 box and also shutting it on and off and nothing works. I have tried contacting customer service line but they say they are busy. I then went in the kpn app to book an appointment with an engineer but when the browser tab opened it said “oops we are having issues atm”. Yeah very convenient…Anyways does anyone know what i can do? Do i have to go physically to the store for kpn to help me out? I need to work and my internet keeps disconnecting all the time.

Is your connection offline on all devices? Including the TV receiver if you have one? I would also like to know which modem you have and which LED's are on and blinking.. Just to be sure: did you reset the modem by holding the reset button for 10 seconds until the lights go out? If not, could you please do this?
