Your cancelation policy is a scam! You lied on your webpage!

I am sharing my concerning experience with KPN in the hope of getting their attention and informing others who may be in a similar situation.

At the end of April 2025, I moved from the Netherlands for work. Following the clear instructions on KPN's website, I submitted my deregistration document from the gemeente and my work contract abroad to terminate my account.

Despite providing all the required documents, I continue to receive charges from KPN. What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of response to my emails seeking clarification and resolution.

Being located in a foreign country makes it impossible for me to call frequently. This ongoing billing and the silence from KPN customer service are unacceptable. And I urge anyone considering KPN to stay away from them

I am very surprised by this behavior from KPN. I urge KPN to investigate this immediately and rectify the incorrect charges.
