Can't link my subscription in the app

Every time I try to link my subscription in the KPN app it says “something went wrong try again later.” I am putting in the correct information. How can I fix this?

Hi ​@cath barry and welcome to our KPN Community. Odd that connecting your subscription isn't working yet. 😕

Is the subscription active? If that's not the case yet, try again after it's been active for 24 hours. Then it should work.
If it still doesn't work then, check if all data you provided is correct. If you’re unsure, check your confirmation e-mail. All necessary data to connect to your account should be in there!
