My Combivoordeel level seems very low compared to what I have

Hello, I have 4 mobile subscriptions and internet and TV from KPN. Based on these subscriptions, I believe I should have at least level 2 or level 3.

However, my Combivoordeel level seems very low compared to what I have.

Could you please check and adjust my combi deal?
