No Level visible in Combivoordeel MijnKPN

Hello. I can’t see the Level of my Combivordel in the app and on the side and can’t change it at all :”/

Recently added Internet to 2 phone subscriptions.

Did you add all of the subscriptions to your KPN account and are you sure everything is activated correctly?

Hello,

Yes, all 3 subscriptions are added and still no level visiible, and I don't believe that with 2 mobiles and home internet there will be  no level

You should have level 1 ​@Svich.

Can you please fill in this form to activate Combivoordeel? I think your internet subscription has not been added correctly, and filling in the form will solve this problem 😊

Hmm, can you click the ‘check your benefits’ button ​@Svich? And screenshot the result?

Yes. When I clik on it it move mo to the app screen:

I go to products and see all subscriptions, After i go down and chose see your benneffits I got the same screen with no level

Seeing this, I'm not sure what's going wrong to be honest. I think it's best to have a special departement take a look at this, and you need ‘live’ contact with one of my colleagues in order to notify them about this issue.
