Activate combideal Telfort thuis KPN Mobiel.

I have Telfort thuis (internet+vast telephone) and would like to activate combideal on new mobile connection received from KPN. 

Like to know the procedure.

Do keep in mind that these changes are processed on the first of every month. If you fill in the form today the combivoordeel should be active on 01-10-2020
