Automatic payment with credit card failed

I got a bill in the mail saying i haven’t paid my first bill, but it says the payment is automatic. What is the issue? Why doesnt it automatically take money off of the credit card?

    Welcome to our forum @saratusak. The way I understand it you used a credit card to setup a KPN account? As far as I`m aware it is not possible for us to directly withdraw money from a credit card account. This would mean you would have to pay the invoices from your end or change the bank account number we withdraw from to a debit account. Automatic payments from a credit card will unfortunately not work.
