I started my 2 year contract with kpn for Z flip 5 in 2024, and due to wear and tear the little plastic around the hinges in the middle on both ends are breaking down and the rubber flaps keep coming out.
I was wondering if this could be repaired and if I have warranty to repair this by KPN, I would rather do it now, since it's a minor flaw and I don't want to wait until the screen has issues.

You are still within the 2-year warranty period. But, it is difficult to determine whether this is covered by the warranty as I cannot assess whether this is normal wear and tear or if it is a defect in the product. In this case you can visit a KPN store to discuss it there. Please bring your ID and proof of purchase with you.
Hopefully this can be resolved under warranty.
