Can my wife accept my newly ordered phone delivery?

Hi.I make a order with a new abbonament with phone.It will come tommorow ,with the corier.Is it possible if my wife take the order? I will give her my id card ,bank card and everything.Because in hours which i have to choose i work so is that possible?

I suspect the courier has already been by today. As you may have noticed, unfortunately, this is not possible with a new subscription that includes a device. You need to be present for this. We do this to prevent fraud. 

Hopefully you'll be able to be present next time.
