Can’t activate my simcard

I ordered new subscription of postpaid SIM card sent by courier. However I couldn’t activate it by inserting into the phone.

I didn’t receive any activation code by email.

And I try to get a new activate code by entering the sim number and my post code, however it returns that nothing found.

please help me with my case.

Hello @CharlieJin ,

You can only activate a KPN prepaid SIM card if you are directly connected to the KPN network.
It won't work abroad.
