Cannot call anyone when outside of Netherlands

hi support,

I have a postpaid connection and cannot call anyone when outside of netherlands.

Can you plz help me?

Thanks for your data @Rbj. I looked for you and I saw a blockade on outgoing calls from abroad. I have now removed this blockade. When you restart the device you should be able to call again. Would you like to test this for me and share the result with us?

    I am able to receive the call and data works fine.

    Could you add your address and the last 3 digits of your IBAN to your profile? You can add this to the field “persoonlijke opmerkingen”
    In which country are you experiencing this issue and have you tried rebooting your phone?
