Cannot receive sms after porting

I had my old number ported from T-Mobile to KPN. On my sim card there is another 11 digit  (excluding 31) phone number that is different from my actual number. I can’t receive any sms message it seems. Help!

Hi Alex, 

The problem got solved when I visited the KPN shop in Rijswijk. It turned out that I had, somehow, mistakenly been supplied with an inappropriate sim-card. I was quickly helped in the store, got a sim-swap and everything is working perfectly now.

    I don't follow what you mean with that? Where do you see this number exactly? Can you place and receive calls? 

    Would you also please add you postal code, housen number and mobile number to you profile?
