Delivery time estimate on order is not truthful

I find it extremely misleading how you can say if i order before 9 it will be delivered the next day. Then the couriers sends a message and you must wait almost 1 week or longer for the device.  Dont say something if you cannot gaurantee this, i feel that its false advertising. And you only see this when the order is placed and fees are paid. Very misleading.
