Disable call forwarding and voicemail

hi there,

I would like to know how to I disable completely:

1. call forwarding
2. answering machine
3. text saying that I have a missed call?

the customer support gave me these shortcodes to try

##002#

none of which worked. also they didn't know that the answering machine is active but it is since if I call my wife's phone and then I put down ,it goes to answering machine so it's active from KPN.
