Dispute regarding incorrect Roaming Charges Abroad (Brazil)

Hi KPN,

I am currently in Brazil and have been charged €10 for data usage (approx. 600 MB). I am disputing this charge because:

Data Roaming was disabled on my KPN SIM from the moment I landed.

I am using a local Brazilian SIM for all data.

My phone's data logs show that the 600 MB of usage was entirely on my Brazilian SIM slot, while the KPN SIM shows 0 MB. Furthermore, the Brazilian SIM app shows the same usage.

It appears there has been a billing error where my local data traffic was incorrectly attributed to my KPN SIM. I would like to request a correction and a refund of the €10 charge. I have screenshots of my data usage logs to provide as proof.

That's really strange LLoeffler. We base our usage statistics on the real usage that the network reports. I can't explain why your phone displays something else. Could you provide your KPN mobile number in your profile?
