E-sim was not delivered

Hello! On Friday, I connected the E SIM in the communication salon, but it did not arrive at the mail! Only the contract and system messages came, and the installation instructions and the esim itself did not come

Hi ​@Sergei Valevko, welcome to the community. The e-sim is not a fysical sim that can be send to you. When you choose to use the e-sim, you can activate it in your phone.

You can activate it following these steps. They are in Dutch, but I think it will work with Translate:
