Can you please activate my SIM card for use in a kids smart watch with the App SeTracker2?

You can activate the simcard yourself here: simkaart activeren

If this doesn't work, I'll have to ask you to give us a call at 0800 0402. My colleagues can help you activate the simcard.

First: put the simcard in a phone and turn off the sim-pincode. Then put it back in the tracker.

Kunt u het APN aanpassen, aub?

Je kunt de APN instellingen zelf aanpassen in een telefoontoestel. Standaard is portalmmm.nl. Dit zou gewoon moeten werken.

Welke APN instellingen het beste werken voor jouw tracker durf ik niet te zeggen.

I went to the KPN store and they told me that the SIM card does not support 2G Smartwatches.
