Hotspot connection on my iPhone fails when I try to upload a file larger than 2MB

Hi. I’m having a problem using hotspot via KPN simcard in iPhone. My device connects to iPhone hotspot without a problem and everything is working as it should. However whenever I try to upload a big file (2MB) from my device to server using hotspot it fails. If I’m sending smaller files it is working ok.
Are there any settings to overcome this problem?

Hi @Ejrazem and welcome to our KPN Community! Odd that the connection drops completely when the file is big. I'm not sure what server you’re uploading it to, but it there a set limit in the settings somewhere?
Perhaps a setting to prevent lots of data usage, that then causes the connection to shut down?

I don't own an iPhone myself, so I'm not too sure on the settings, but maybe try and look through the settings of the server itself and your phone?
In the phone, look at the data settings especially and see if there's any data saving settings on that could be causing this.

Do be aware that this might also cause you to use more data in your subscription, so be wary of that!
