How can I retrieve my PUK code?

hello. yesterday I have new update on my s22 ultra. after that i cant log to my phone. phone want pukcode. i dont have puk code anymore. even i cant log to my kpn profile because kpn send me sms…

There are three ways to obtain your pukcode.
See https://www.kpn.com/service/mobiel/pukcode?page=1

  1. You find it on the plastic card which contained the SIM card.
  2. You can find it in MijnKPN.
  3. If you don’t have a KPN account or no access to it, there is an online form on the KPN website.

https://www.kpn.com/service/mobiel/pukcode/pukcode-opvragen#pukcode-request|mobile-number

After entering your personal information the pukcode wll be displayed on screen.

1 i dont have anymore that plastic card. 2 cannot do anything. sim is locked i need pukcode. I have my kpn app etc but kpn send sms and I cant see that sms because sim is locked. 3 Simkaartnummer I have on my factures but is also say is incorrect.

I send message via facebook to KPN but still waiting for answer

Then it’s best to visit a KPN shop (→ Find a KPN shop) tomorrow. Take the phone/SIM card and your identity card with you. A KPN employee there can help you, when necessary with a new SIM card.

Hello ​@pawel87, i see you contacted our webcare department for help regarding the PUK code. Normally they respond to questions in a couple of hours. We are now a few days later, i am guessing you already got support from the webcare department. 

Normally there are online solutions for retrieving your pukcode. 

 

  1. You find it on the plastic card which contained the SIM card.
  2. You can find it in MijnKPN.
  3. If you don’t have a KPN account or no access to it, there is an online form on the KPN website.
