How do I reactivate my Captain's simcard?

what should i do if my KPN sim is no service..Because my sim is from my CAptain first.. and after few months he cancelled my sim card.. and now showing my phone is my sim card is no service.. what should i do.. im planning to load my own.. and i want use it again.. how to activate again..? please help/

If he cancelled the subscription the simcard is turned off and can't be reactivated, you’ll have to take a new subscription yourself or buy a prepaid simcard.
