How long after texting VSCAN 15 AAN should I get a confirmation message/email?

Hi @Lucky_Mike, welcome to the forum. When you text to activate the bundle it should be activated pretty quickly. Have you not received the reply yet? You can also use the MijnKPN app to activated the bundle, if it is active, you'll see it there aswel.
