Hi
You can convert your KPN subscription to prepaid from the date your contract ends. You can best arrange this through our customer service. I can not convert this for you because it is actually a cancellation and we have a specific department for that. Once you have contact with that department, you indicate that you want to cancel but want to keep the number for prepaid. Then that is arranged
